Terms of Service

Last updated: 2 August 2026

These terms apply when you purchase or use the IMR Program from Kap Unity Canada Inc. By joining, you agree to them.

What the IMR Program is

IMR is a preparation and mentorship membership. It includes access to our private community, weekly live sessions, educational materials and checklists, a 30 minute consultation with our licensed consultant, resume preparation guidance, and endorsement of your prepared application to our partner employers.

What it is not

IMR is not a job placement service. We do not guarantee employment, a job offer, or an interview.

IMR does not guarantee approval of any visa, work permit, or permanent residency application. Those decisions are made solely by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada and other government authorities.

IMR membership does not by itself create a representation relationship for an immigration application. Representation requires a separate signed agreement.

Immigration advice

Advice about your individual case is provided only by Ms. Amelia Ajoc, a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant, licence number R518392. General educational content in the community, the live sessions, and our materials is information, not advice on your specific case, and should not be relied on as such.

Representation is a separate service

If you ask us to prepare or submit a work permit or permanent residency application on your behalf, that is a separate professional service. It requires a signed service agreement and payment of a retainer before any work begins, and you will be told the full fee before you sign. You are free to represent yourself or to use any other authorised representative.

Payment and refunds

IMR membership is a one time payment of $200 CAD. It gives lifetime access and there is no recurring fee.

Access is granted automatically within a few minutes of payment. Because access is delivered immediately, all sales are final and no refunds are given once access has been granted. This is also stated on the payment page before you pay.

Your membership

Your access is personal to you and may not be shared, resold, or transferred. We may suspend or end access without refund if you share your access, behave abusively toward members or staff, or use the community to sell services or solicit members.

Accuracy of your information

Any guidance we give depends on the information you provide. You are responsible for making sure it is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for outcomes that result from information that was incorrect or incomplete.

Our materials

All videos, checklists, templates, and session recordings remain our property. You may use them for your own immigration preparation. You may not copy, publish, resell, or distribute them.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability relating to the IMR Program is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost income or opportunities. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Nova Scotia and the laws of Canada that apply there.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use your membership after a change means you accept the updated terms.
